Situated in Westward Heath, our client wanted to add a single-storey extension to their property and enhance their day-to-day living space. The intention was to expand their property but to do so by creating a space that was functional and continued the contemporary style of the home.
The centrepiece of the extension was the installation of a modern kitchen to fit seamlessly with the rest of the property, with the entire project’s supply and fitting performed by our team. Key features included the addition of aluminium bi-fold doors to allow in natural light and create a harmonious transition between the outdoors and in. Electric Velux windows were also fitted to add a practical, modern solution for enhanced control over natural light and privacy. The client’s comfort was also a key factor within the works, with a wet system for underfloor heating installed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the year.
